The Engage2024 Neocrm User Conference, themed “Intelligent Creation of New Opportunities, Prosperous Future,” was held in Shanghai in September . At the conference, the company launched the COP Intelligent Customer Management Platform and four industry-specific cloud platforms: manufacturing, software and internet, automotive, and consumer goods. It also unveiled NeoAI, a groundbreaking intelligent platform representing the highest level of CRM and AI integration technology in China.

In August, Neocrm was included in Gartner’s SFA Magic Quadrant for the eighth consecutive year. It ranked among the top 4 globally in supporting three major business models: B2B, B2C, and channel management. Its mobile and collaborative capabilities, as well as its complex product configuration and pricing (CPQ) capabilities, ranked first globally.
